Processing time
Processing times are NOT included in delivery times (1-2 working days for your orders to be processed before being dispatched according to the respective shipping methods).
The tracking code
A dispatch notification with a tracking code is sent by e-mail to the e-mail address used for the purchase, once the order has been dispatched.
Shipping time
Delivery takes between 7 and 14 days. The average delivery time is 10 days. Factors such as logistics and customs clearance may affect the delivery time. We will not be held responsible for delays that are beyond our control. (For example, customs delays / holidays or congestion during peak full stops / adverse weather conditions, etc.).

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS OF YOUR ORDER
Free exchange of your dancewear
At Somsana exchanges are possible, for example if you've got the wrong size or colour? Just send your item by colissimo to Somsana at 3 impasse Longchamp 06000 Nice (at your expense) and we will send you the exchange free of charge. However, it is important to tell us what you need to change.
Return under certain conditions
We take great care in the design and manufacture of our products and in processing customer orders. However, if you are not satisfied, we are prepared to refund your money under certain conditions.
Exchange and returns procedure
You must inform us, by email only: info@somsana.com , within 14 days of delivery of the items in accordance with the provisions of article L121-16 of the French Consumer Code. No claims will be accepted after this period.
Items must be returned to us in their original packaging and must be intact with their labels attached. They must not have been washed or soiled. For hygiene reasons, leotards and academics must be tried on with underwear. We do not accept returns for tights, toe caps, accessories/hair and Dance Belt as well as promotional items. Items not complying with these conditions will be returned automatically.
Items must be returned at the customer's expense by colissimo only to the following address: Somsana, 3 impasse Longchamp 06000 Nice-France. Somsana cannot be held responsible in case of loss or damage of the returns. Your return will be processed within 7 days. Reimbursement is made upon receipt of your return package and subject to compliance with the return conditions mentioned above. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the procedure. The refund will be made to the bank account linked to the credit card used to pay for the order.
The return will be at your expense.
