General terms and conditions of sale of Somsana : your online shop

ORDERS

You must place your order via our automated online sales system. We do not accept orders by telephone, fax or email. Orders will be processed within a maximum of 15 working days.

PAYMENT

Payment for your order must be made by credit card, bank transfer or paypal. Your card number is not communicated to us. It is only transmitted by encryption to the bank, which handles the transaction directly.

DELIVERIES, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

UNAVAILABLE PRODUCTS AND BACKORDERS

If one or more items are unavailable, we guarantee delivery of your entire order within a maximum of 35 days. In the event of a longer lead time, you will be notified by email of the unavailability of the items and their expected delivery date. At your request, we can make a partial delivery. In this case, the remainder will be cancelled and you will have to place a new order.

RATES

All our prices include VAT. If taxes change, this will be reflected in the sale price. In most cases, there is a price difference between children's sizes and adult sizes.
